Selling Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers or for behavioral advertising. That includes your account details, messages, verification selfie, video reviews, review transcripts, and the borough recorded with a review.
We do share limited information with the service providers that help us run The NYC Classifieds: hosting and database, email delivery, mapping and location lookup, speech-to-text transcription of video reviews, and AI summaries of review transcripts. They process it to provide their service to us. The providers, and what each one receives, are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Information you choose to post publicly — listings, Porch posts, business profiles, and video reviews — is visible to anyone who visits the site. That is publication by you, not a sale by us.
